The Role

An early-career advocate who wants to be in court and on the file from the first week. The Associate works directly with the principal counsel on recovery, SARFAESI, commercial, consumer and criminal matters, under supervision:

Drafting plaints, written statements, replies, applications, evidence affidavits and written submissions.
Preparing SARFAESI papers, from Section 13(2) demand notices to Section 14 applications before the DM / CMM.
Appearing on dates, e-filing, inspection and certified copies. Travel may include courts across Delhi NCR, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
Reading loan files and title chains, including Hindi sale deeds, and preparing fact notes and chronologies.

LL.B. from a recognised university, enrolled or eligible to enrol within three months, with clear English drafting, a good command of Hindi, and willingness to travel to courts across Delhi NCR, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
